Now night is tainted with the evils of war and sorrow. There are no tales of bravery only of sacrifice, none of resolution only broken compromise, no more of ice only embers. How can a world with so much fire consuming it, be...so cold?

Ummm....yeah? Just a little musing thought that came to me as I drew this. As always, this did not intend to finish like this. I was just drawing a girl's face that I'd try to experiment in black/white. Then it turned into Katara and then I was going to leave it like that too. But, then I though it would look better with some simple color, kind of comic-style? Then got out of hand, evolving into this. All shaky freehand and just done freestyle and playing around.

Probably most of you got over it, maybe, but I still can't help but feel sad about no more new Avatar episodes. Kind of like what was written above, there's an emptiness of inspiration and storytelling in my life now that the show is well...over...
